  5. In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream and powdered sugar to soft peaks.
  6. Gently fold half of the whipped cream into the chilled custard until combined. Reserve remaining whipped cream for topping.
  7. To assemble parfaits, layer the custard mixture with fruits and granola in glasses, finishing with a dollop of reserved whipped cream.
