Ingredients
8 chicken drumsticks (about 2 lbs)
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil or parchment paper.
In a small bowl, mix together salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, and thyme.
Pat drumsticks dry with paper towels. Place in a large bowl, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with spice mixture. Toss to coat evenly.
