  2. In another small bowl, mix cornstarch and water to make a slurry. Set aside.
  3. Heat 1 tablespoon vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat. Add chicken and cook until golden and cooked through, about 5-6 minutes. Remove chicken and set aside.
  4. Add remaining 1 tablespoon vegetable oil to the wok. Add garlic and ginger, stir for 30 seconds. Add bell pepper and broccoli, stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until crisp-tender.
  5. Return chicken to the wok. Pour in the orange sauce and bring to a simmer. Stir in the cornstarch slurry and cook until sauce thickens, about 1 minute.
  6. Remove from heat. Stir in sesame oil and green onions. Serve immediately over rice.
