Ingredients
1 cup roasted salted almonds
1 cup roasted salted cashews
1/2 cup roasted salted pecans
1/2 cup honey
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
Instructions
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine honey, brown sugar, and butter. Stir until butter is melted and sugar is dissolved, about 2-3 minutes.
Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and sea salt.
Add all nuts to the saucepan and stir until evenly coated with the honey mixture.
Pour the nut mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and spread into an even layer. Let cool for 5 minutes.
Using your hands or two forks, break the mixture into clusters of desired size.
Let cool completely (about 30 minutes) until clusters are set and firm. Store in an airtight container at room temperature.
