Ingredients
2 cups rolled oats
1/2 cup chopped almonds
1/4 cup sunflower seeds
1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
1/4 cup dried cranberries
1/4 cup raisins
2 tablespoons chia seeds
2 tablespoons flaxseed meal
2 cups milk or yogurt (for soaking)
1 apple, grated (optional)
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine rolled oats, almonds, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, dried cranberries, raisins, chia seeds, and flaxseed meal.
Stir in milk or yogurt until well combined. If using, add grated apple.
Cover and refrigerate overnight or for at least 4 hours.
Stir before serving. Add additional milk if desired for a thinner consistency.
Serve cold, topped with fresh fruit or a drizzle of honey if desired.
