1/2 cup white miso paste
1/4 cup sake or dry sherry
2 tablespoons mirin
1 tablespoon soy sauce

1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger

Instructions
In a small bowl, combine white miso paste, sake, mirin, soy sauce, and sugar. Stir until smooth.
