- 1-2 green chilies (such as serrano or Thai), chopped
- 1 inch piece fresh ginger, peeled and chopped
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon cumin powder
- 2 tablespoons water, or as needed
Instructions
- Combine mint, cilantro, onion, green chilies, ginger, lemon juice, salt, and cumin powder in a blender or food processor.
- Blend until smooth, adding water 1 tablespoon at a time to achieve desired consistency. Scrape down sides as needed.
- Taste and adjust salt or lemon juice. Transfer to a serving bowl.
