Ingredients
8 slices white bread, crusts removed
Salt, to taste (optional)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Roll each slice of bread with a rolling pin until very thin, about 1/8 inch thick.
Cut each rolled slice into 4 triangles or squares.
Place the pieces on a baking sheet in a single layer. Sprinkle lightly with salt if desired.
