1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 cup red wine vinegar

1 clove garlic, minced

1 cup plain yogurt
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
For the vinaigrette: In a small bowl, whisk together red wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
Slowly drizzle in olive oil while whisking continuously until emulsified.
For the yogurt marinade: In a separate bowl, combine yogurt, lemon juice, olive oil, cumin, paprika, cayenne, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Use immediately or store in airtight containers in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
Tips
Shake or whisk vinaigrette before each use as it may separate.
Yogurt marinade works great for chicken or lamb; marinate for at least 2 hours.
