Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, garlic, ginger, sesame oil, and sriracha until well combined.
- Stir in cilantro or green onions.
- Place pork or fish in a resealable bag or dish, pour marinade over, and turn to coat.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (up to 2 hours for fish, 4 hours for pork).
