- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Tips
- For best results, marinate chicken for 2-4 hours, beef for 4-8 hours, and pork for 2-6 hours.
- Reserve a small amount of marinade before adding meat to use as a basting sauce, but do not reuse marinade that has touched raw meat.
- This marinade can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
