Ingredients

- 1/4 cup olive oil
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, whisk together orange juice, lime juice, minced garlic, cumin, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Slowly whisk in olive oil until emulsified.
- Place pork (such as shoulder or butt) in a large resealable bag or dish. Pour marinade over pork, turning to coat evenly.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or up to 24 hours for deeper flavor.
- Remove pork from marinade and discard excess marinade. Cook as desired (braise, slow cook, or pressure cook) for carnitas.
