Ingredients

Instructions
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the lemon juice and sugar until the sugar is completely dissolved.
- Stir in the cold water and lemon zest (if using).
- Pour the mixture into ice pop molds, leaving a little space at the top for expansion.
- Insert sticks and freeze until solid, at least 6 hours or overnight.
- To unmold, run the molds under warm water for a few seconds until the pops release easily.
