- 3 oz leftover turkey, sliced or shredded
- 2 tbsp leftover stuffing
- 2 tbsp cranberry sauce
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 leaf lettuce
- 2 slices tomato (optional)
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise and Dijon mustard until combined.
- Spread the mayo-mustard mixture on one side of each bread slice.
- On one slice, layer lettuce, turkey, stuffing, and cranberry sauce. Add tomato slices if desired.
