Ingredients
1 (16 oz) can refried beans
1 packet (1 oz) taco seasoning mix
1 cup sour cream
1 cup guacamole (store-bought or homemade)
1 cup salsa (drained)
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup sliced black olives
1/4 cup chopped green onions
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
Instructions
In a small bowl, mix refried beans with taco seasoning until well combined. Spread evenly in the bottom of a 9x13-inch dish or a large shallow serving platter.
Spread sour cream over the bean layer.
Spread guacamole over the sour cream layer.
Spread drained salsa over the guacamole layer.
Sprinkle shredded cheese over the salsa.
Top with sliced black olives, green onions, and cilantro.
Serve immediately with tortilla chips, or refrigerate until ready to serve.
Tips
For best texture, drain excess liquid from salsa before adding.
Can be made up to 4 hours ahead; cover and refrigerate.
