Instructions In a small bowl, toss the mixed berries and diced peaches with honey or maple syrup. Let macerate for 5 minutes. Select 4 parfait glasses or tall glasses. Spoon a layer of the fruit mixture into the bottom of each glass. Add a layer of yogurt or whipped cream over the fruit. Sprinkle a layer of granola over the cream. Repeat the layers (fruit, cream, granola) until glasses are filled, ending with a dollop of cream and a few fruit pieces on top. Garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired. Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 hours.
Tips For a dairy-free version, use coconut yogurt or dairy-free whipped topping. You can substitute any seasonal fruits like mango, kiwi, or bananas. Make your own granola for a healthier option.
