Ingredients
- 1/2 lb ground beef (80/20)
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp black pepper
- 4 slider buns
- 4 slices cheddar cheese
- 4 lettuce leaves
- 4 slices tomato
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp mustard
Instructions
- Divide ground beef into 4 equal portions and shape into small patties, slightly larger than buns. Season with salt and pepper.
- Heat a skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat. Cook patties for 3 minutes per side for medium doneness.
- In the last minute of cooking, place a cheese slice on each patty and cover to melt.
- Toast slider buns in the pan or toaster until lightly golden.
- Assemble sliders: bottom bun, lettuce, tomato, patty with cheese, ketchup and mustard, top bun.
