Ingredients
1 large cucumber, finely diced
2 medium tomatoes, seeded and finely diced
1 small red onion, finely diced
1-2 green chilies, finely chopped (optional)
2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon chaat masala (optional)
1/4 teaspoon roasted cumin powder
Instructions
Combine cucumber, tomatoes, onion, green chilies, and cilantro in a mixing bowl.
Add lemon juice, salt, black pepper, chaat masala, and roasted cumin powder. Toss well.
