Ingredients
1 cup balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon honey
Instructions
In a small saucepan, combine balsamic vinegar, brown sugar, and honey.
Bring to a simmer over medium heat, stirring occasionally until sugar dissolves.
Reduce heat to low and simmer gently, stirring occasionally, until the mixture has reduced by half and coats the back of a spoon, about 12-15 minutes.
Remove from heat and let cool completely; the glaze will thicken further as it cools.
Transfer to a glass jar or squeeze bottle and store at room temperature.
Tips
Use a good quality balsamic vinegar for best flavor.
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 weeks.
Drizzle over caprese salad, roasted vegetables, grilled meats, or vanilla ice cream.
