- 1 inch ginger, peeled and chopped
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon salt, or to taste
- 2 tablespoons water, or as needed
Instructions
- In a blender or food processor, combine green chilies, cilantro, mint, onion, garlic, ginger, lemon juice, cumin seeds, and salt.
- Add 2 tablespoons water and blend until smooth, scraping down sides as needed. Add more water if too thick.
- Taste and adjust salt or lemon juice. Transfer to a serving bowl.
