- 4 cups water
- 4 black tea bags
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (about 2-3 lemons)

Instructions
- Bring 4 cups of water to a boil in a saucepan. Remove from heat and add tea bags. Steep for 5 minutes.
- Remove tea bags and stir in sugar until dissolved. Let cool to room temperature.
- Stir in lemon juice. Refrigerate until chilled, about 1 hour.
