Ingredients
- 2 cups fruit juice (e.g., orange, grape, or mixed berry)
- 1 tablespoon honey or sugar (optional, to taste)
- 1/2 cup fresh fruit pieces (e.g., berries, mango, or kiwi), optional
Instructions
- In a small bowl, stir together fruit juice and sweetener until dissolved, if using.
- If adding fruit pieces, divide them evenly among the popsicle molds.
- Pour the juice mixture into the molds, leaving a little space at the top for expansion.
- Insert popsicle sticks and freeze until solid, at least 4 hours or overnight.
- To unmold, run the outside of the molds under warm water for a few seconds, then gently pull out the popsicles.
Tips
- For creamy pops, substitute half the juice with yogurt or coconut milk.
- Store leftover pops in a freezer bag for up to 2 months.
- If you don't have molds, use small paper cups and cover with foil before inserting sticks.
