1 pint vanilla ice cream
1/2 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup whipped cream
4 maraschino cherries
Instructions
In a small saucepan, combine heavy cream, sugar, cocoa powder, butter, and salt. Cook over medium heat, whisking constantly, until mixture comes to a gentle boil.
Reduce heat to low and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until thickened.
Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract. Let cool slightly.
Scoop vanilla ice cream into four serving bowls or sundae glasses.
Spoon warm fudge sauce over each scoop of ice cream.
