Ingredients
1 (8-10 lb) bone-in fully cooked ham
1/2 cup honey
1/4 cup Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons whole grain mustard
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C). Place ham on a rack in a roasting pan, flat side down. Score the surface in a diamond pattern about 1/4 inch deep.
In a small bowl, whisk together honey, Dijon mustard, whole grain mustard, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, ground cloves, and black pepper until smooth.
Brush about half of the glaze over the ham, reserving the rest for basting.
Bake ham for 1 hour 30 minutes, basting with remaining glaze every 30 minutes, until the internal temperature reaches 140°F (60°C) and the glaze is caramelized.
Remove from oven and let rest for 15 minutes before slicing. Serve warm.
Tips
For extra flavor, add a splash of bourbon or orange juice to the glaze.
Leftover ham can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 5 days or frozen for up to 2 months.
To reheat, wrap slices in foil and warm in a 300°F oven for 10-15 minutes.
