Ingredients
1/4 cup Dijon mustard
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
In a small bowl or a jar, combine the Dijon mustard, honey, and apple cider vinegar. Whisk or shake until well blended.
Slowly drizzle in the olive oil while whisking continuously, or add all ingredients to a jar and shake vigorously until emulsified.
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Adjust honey or vinegar for desired sweetness or tanginess.
