Ingredients
1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, softened
2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh parsley
1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh chives
1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh tarragon
1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh dill
1 small garlic clove, minced
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
In a small bowl, combine the softened butter, parsley, chives, tarragon, dill, garlic, salt, and pepper.
Mix well until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
Spoon the butter onto a sheet of plastic wrap or parchment paper.
Shape into a log, rolling and twisting the ends to seal.
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour until firm, or freeze for up to 3 months.
