- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 (14 oz) can pizza sauce
- 1 pre-made pizza crust (12-inch)
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C).
- In a skillet over medium-high heat, heat olive oil. Add onion and cook until softened, about 3 minutes. Add garlic and cook 1 minute.

- Spread pizza sauce evenly over the pizza crust. Top with cooked beef mixture and then sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, until cheese is melted and crust is golden brown. Let cool 5 minutes before slicing.
Tips
- For extra flavor, add sliced black olives or bell peppers before baking.
- Leftover pizza can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days and reheated in the oven or microwave.
