Ingredients
1.5 lbs pork shoulder or loin, sliced into 1/2-inch thick steaks
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons honey
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, olive oil, honey, minced garlic, smoked paprika, black pepper, and salt.
Place pork steaks in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the pork, turning to coat. Seal or cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours.
Grill pork for 4-6 minutes per side, or until internal temperature reaches 145°F for medium-rare or 160°F for medium. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Tips
Pork loin cooks faster than shoulder; adjust grilling time accordingly.
For extra flavor, add a squeeze of lime juice before serving.
Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
