Ingredients
- 2 cups water
- 2 tablespoons matcha green tea powder
- 1/4 cup honey or agave syrup
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
- In a small saucepan, bring water to a boil. Remove from heat.
- Whisk in matcha powder until fully dissolved and no lumps remain.
- Stir in honey and lemon juice until honey is dissolved.
- Let mixture cool to room temperature, about 15 minutes.
- Pour mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top.
- Insert sticks and freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.
- To unmold, run warm water over the outside of the molds briefly.
Tips
- For a creamier texture, replace 1/2 cup water with coconut milk.
- Adjust sweetness to taste by adding more or less honey.
