Ingredients
1 pound pizza dough, store-bought or homemade
2 tablespoons olive oil, divided
1/2 cup tomato sauce
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 cup crumbled feta cheese (about 4 ounces)
1/2 cup sliced Kalamata olives
1/2 cup thinly sliced red onion
1/2 cup chopped fresh spinach
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
Optional: 1/4 cup sliced pepperoncini
Instructions
Preheat oven to 500°F (260°C) with a pizza stone or inverted baking sheet inside for at least 30 minutes.
On a floured surface, stretch or roll pizza dough into a 12-inch round. Transfer to a floured pizza peel or parchment paper.
In a small bowl, mix tomato sauce, oregano, and garlic powder. Spread evenly over dough, leaving a 1/2-inch border.
Drizzle 1 tablespoon olive oil over sauce. Sprinkle feta, olives, red onion, and spinach evenly over pizza.
Slide pizza onto preheated stone or baking sheet. Bake for 12-15 minutes until crust is golden and cheese is melted.
Remove from oven, drizzle with remaining 1 tablespoon olive oil, and sprinkle with fresh parsley. Slice and serve hot.
Tips
For extra flavor, add a pinch of red pepper flakes before baking.
Serve with a side of tzatziki sauce for dipping.
Leftover pizza can be reheated in a skillet for a crispy crust.
