- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine oats, nuts, coconut, dried fruit, and salt.
- In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine honey, coconut oil, and brown sugar. Stir until melted and smooth. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla.
- Pour the wet mixture over the dry ingredients and stir until everything is well coated.
- Transfer the mixture to the prepared pan and press firmly into an even layer using a spatula or your hands.
