  4. Add chicken in a single layer. Sear without moving for 1 minute, then stir-fry until browned and cooked through (about 3 minutes).
  5. Add garlic, ginger, and white parts of green onions. Stir-fry 30 seconds.
  6. Pour in the sauce mixture. Stir-fry until sauce thickens and coats chicken (about 1 minute).
  7. Add peanuts and green onion tops. Toss to combine. Serve immediately.
