In a medium bowl, combine the crushed Goldfish crackers and sugar.
Pour the melted butter over the mixture and stir until all crumbs are evenly moistened.
Transfer the mixture to a 9-inch pie plate. Press firmly and evenly into the bottom and up the sides using your fingers or the bottom of a measuring cup.
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before filling, or until firm.
Tips
For a finer texture, pulse Goldfish in a food processor until finely ground.
If the crust is too crumbly, add an extra tablespoon of melted butter.
Store unused crust in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
