Ingredients
1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any milk of choice)
1 teaspoon ground turmeric
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Pinch of black pepper
1 teaspoon maple syrup (or honey)
1 teaspoon coconut oil (optional, for creaminess)
Instructions
In a small saucepan, whisk together the almond milk, turmeric, ginger, cinnamon, black pepper, and maple syrup.
Heat over medium heat, whisking occasionally, until hot but not boiling, about 4-5 minutes.
If using coconut oil, add it and whisk until melted and frothy.
Pour into a mug and serve immediately. Optionally, use a milk frother to create foam.
Tips
For a spicier latte, add a pinch of cayenne pepper.
