- 2 tablespoons milk (optional)
Instructions
- In a small saucepan, bring water to a boil over high heat.
- Add ginger slices, reduce heat to low, and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Add tea leaves or tea bags, cover, and let steep for 3-5 minutes, depending on desired strength.
- Strain the tea into cups, discarding ginger and tea leaves.
