Ingredients
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
2 cups heavy cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup chocolate chips or chopped nuts (optional)
Instructions
In a large bowl, whisk together sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract.
In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
Gently fold the whipped cream into the condensed milk mixture until well combined.
If using, fold in chocolate chips or nuts.
Pour the mixture into a parchment-lined 8x8-inch baking dish and spread evenly.
Cover with plastic wrap and freeze for at least 6 hours or until firm.
Once frozen, lift the block out using the parchment, cut into 8 bars, and serve.
