Ingredients
1 cup frozen mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
2 cups blue Powerade (or any berry-flavored sports drink)
2 tablespoons honey or agave syrup (optional, adjust sweetness)
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
Instructions
In a blender, combine frozen mixed berries, Powerade, honey (if using), and lemon juice. Blend until smooth.
Taste and adjust sweetness if desired. If too thick, add a splash more Powerade.
Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top for expansion.
Insert popsicle sticks and freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.
To unmold, run the molds under warm water for a few seconds until the popsicles release easily.
Tips
For a smoother texture, strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve before pouring into molds.
Store popsicles in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
Use any flavor of Powerade or sports drink you like; berry flavors work best.
