1 cup plain whole milk yogurt
1 cup granulated sugar
3 large eggs

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan and line with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, whisk together yogurt, sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, and oil until smooth.
In a separate bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, salt, and lemon zest (if using).
