2 tablespoons granulated sugar (adjust to taste)
1 tablespoon lemon juice (optional, for tartness)
8 freezer-safe popsicle molds or small cups with sticks
Instructions
In a small bowl, stir together the fruit juice, sugar, and lemon juice until the sugar is fully dissolved.
Pour the mixture into popsicle molds or small cups, leaving a little space at the top for expansion.
If using cups, cover with aluminum foil and poke a popsicle stick through the center of each. If using molds, insert sticks according to manufacturer's instructions.
Freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.
To unmold, run the outside of the mold under warm water for a few seconds until the freezie releases.
Tips
For a creamier version, replace half the juice with milk or yogurt.
Store freezies in the freezer for up to 1 month.
Try using a combination of juices for unique flavors.
