Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh fruit juice (e.g., orange, strawberry, or mixed berry)
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar (or to taste)
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice (optional, for brightness)
- 6 freezer pop molds or small paper cups with sticks
Instructions
- In a small bowl, stir together the fruit juice, sugar, and lemon juice until the sugar is fully dissolved.
- Pour the mixture into freezer pop molds or paper cups, leaving a little space at the top for expansion.
- Insert sticks and freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.
- To unmold, run the outside of the mold under warm water for a few seconds, then gently pull out the pop.
Tips
- Use 100% fruit juice for best flavor; avoid blends with added sugar.
- Add small pieces of fruit or mint leaves to the molds before freezing for extra texture.
- Store freezer pops in the freezer for up to 1 month.
