Ingredients
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sugar
1 packet (2 1/4 teaspoons) active dry yeast
1 cup warm water (110°F)
3 tablespoons olive oil, divided
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
Flaky sea salt for topping
Instructions
In a small bowl, dissolve yeast and sugar in warm water. Let stand for 5-10 minutes until foamy.
In a large bowl, mix flour and salt. Add yeast mixture and 2 tablespoons olive oil. Stir until a shaggy dough forms.
Turn dough onto a floured surface and knead for 8-10 minutes until smooth and elastic. Place in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise for 1 hour until doubled.
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking pan with remaining 1 tablespoon olive oil.
Transfer dough to the pan and press to fit. Dimple the surface with your fingers. Sprinkle mozzarella, Parmesan, rosemary, and flaky sea salt evenly over the top.
Let rise for 20 minutes. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and cheese is bubbly. Cool slightly before slicing.
Tips
For extra flavor, add fresh thyme or garlic slices before baking.
Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 days; reheat in oven.
