Ingredients
2 cups fruit juice (e.g., grape, orange, or mixed berry)
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/4 cup water
Instructions
In a small saucepan, combine the sugar and water. Heat over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the sugar is completely dissolved. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the fruit juice, lemon juice, and the sugar syrup. Stir well to combine.
Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top for expansion.
Insert popsicle sticks and freeze for at least 4 hours, or until completely solid.
To unmold, run the molds under warm water for a few seconds until the pops release easily.
Tips
For a fun twist, use a combination of juices or add small pieces of fruit before freezing.
Store leftover pops in a resealable plastic bag in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
