- 2 saba bananas, sliced
- 1/2 cup tapioca pearls (sago), cooked
Instructions
- In a large pot, combine coconut milk, water, sugar, and salt. Bring to a gentle boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
- Add sweet potatoes and taro. Cook for 15 minutes or until tender.
- Add saba bananas and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Stir in cooked tapioca pearls and simmer for 2 minutes. Remove from heat.
