Ingredients
4 thick slices rustic Italian bread (about 1/2 inch thick)
2 cloves garlic, peeled and halved
1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil, plus more for drizzling
2 ripe tomatoes, halved

Instructions
Grill or toast the bread slices over a hot grill or under a broiler until golden brown on both sides.
While the bread is still hot, rub one side of each slice with the cut side of a garlic clove.
