  2. In a small bowl, mix brown sugar, honey, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, ground cloves, and cinnamon to form a paste.
  3. Brush half of the glaze over the ham. Cover loosely with foil and bake for 1 hour 30 minutes, basting with pan juices every 30 minutes.
  4. Remove foil, brush with remaining glaze, and increase oven temperature to 400°F (204°C). Bake uncovered for 30-45 minutes more, until glaze is caramelized and internal temperature reaches 140°F (60°C).
  5. Let rest 15 minutes before slicing. Serve warm.
