Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a medium bowl, combine rolled oats, chopped almonds, melted butter, maple syrup, cinnamon, and salt. Stir until evenly coated.
Spread the mixture in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 8-10 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden brown and fragrant.
Let cool completely on the baking sheet. The topping will crisp up as it cools.
Once cool, break into crumbles and store in an airtight container.
