Ingredients
1 1/2 cups crushed buttery crackers (such as Ritz, about 40 crackers)
1/4 cup granulated sugar
6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a medium bowl, combine crushed crackers and sugar. Stir in melted butter until evenly moistened.
Press mixture firmly into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie plate or springform pan.
Bake for 8-10 minutes until lightly golden. Cool completely before filling.
