Ingredients
1 cup (100g) coarse ground coffee
4 cups (960ml) cold filtered water
Instructions
Combine coffee grounds and water in a large jar or pitcher. Stir gently to ensure all grounds are saturated.
Cover and let steep at room temperature for 12-24 hours.
Line a fine-mesh sieve with a coffee filter or cheesecloth and place over a clean container. Pour the steeped coffee through the filter. Let it drip naturally; do not press the grounds.
Discard the grounds. Transfer the cold brew concentrate to a sealed container and refrigerate. It keeps for up to 2 weeks.
To serve, dilute with equal parts water or milk over ice. Adjust to taste.
