Ingredients
6 slices white bread, toasted
4 tbsp mayonnaise
6 slices cooked turkey breast
6 slices crispy bacon
4 leaves iceberg lettuce
2 ripe tomatoes, sliced
Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
Toast the bread slices until golden brown.
Spread about 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise on one side of each toast slice.
On a plate, layer: one slice of bread (mayo side up), 3 slices of turkey, 3 slices of bacon, 2 lettuce leaves, and tomato slices. Season with salt and pepper.
Top with a second slice of bread (mayo side up). Repeat the turkey, bacon, lettuce, and tomato layers.
Finish with the third slice of bread (mayo side down).
Secure the sandwich with toothpicks and cut diagonally into four triangles. Serve immediately.
Tips
For extra flavor, add a slice of cheddar or Swiss cheese.
Serve with potato chips or a side salad.
