2 tablespoons mayonnaise
4 ounces sliced roasted turkey breast
4 slices cooked bacon
2 leaves iceberg lettuce
2 slices ripe tomato
Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Instructions

On the first slice (bottom), layer the turkey, then season with salt and pepper.
Place the middle slice on top, mayonnaise side up.
Top with bacon, lettuce, and tomato slices. Season tomato with salt and pepper.
Place the final slice on top, mayonnaise side down.
Press gently, then cut the sandwich in half diagonally. Secure with toothpicks if desired.
Tips
For extra flavor, use smoked turkey or add a slice of cheese like Swiss or cheddar.
Serve with potato chips or a side salad.
To keep the sandwich from getting soggy, place lettuce between the tomato and bread.
